CLASS COSTS $60 + PERMIT COSTS $20 = $80 TOTAL CASH ONLY. We will pick up your permit for you, fax it to your restaurant, and send the original and a laminated copy to you. ALL FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

CLASS IS FIRST COME. FIRST SERVED. No reservations. Limited Space. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the class begins. Bring your ID and a sweatshirt. Tests graded on site. QUESTIONS??? 615-828-3278

You will need a saved copy of your Driver’s License to upload and a credit or debit card to pay the $20 permit fee.
