| Cindy Clark has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. Starting off as a server and bartender at Uno's Chicago Bar and Grill, she moved to Tennessee in 1997 and started with Chili's Restaurants where she stayed for the next 16 years. With Chili's, she worked her way to a Managing Partner position and ran the Gallatin, TN location for 6 years.
With experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, Cindy brings a "real life" approach to teaching server permit classes.
"I have always enjoyed teaching and can use my personal experiences in the restaurant industry to answer questions servers and managers have about serving alcohol responsibly"
The Permit Management System takes the burden off managers who need to be focused on daily operations and sales building, while still alerting GMs and Managers to TABC compliance issues before the agents walk into your establishment. This system has helped several concepts significantly lower fines issued by the TABC. |
